These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of NomeAI Memories (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

本規約は、NomeAI Memories（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。 本サービスを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

1. Service Overview / サービス概要

NomeAI Memories provides an external cloud memory API that allows AI models to store and retrieve summarized information securely.

NomeAI Memories は、AIモデルが安全に要約情報を保存・取得できる外部クラウド記憶APIを提供します。

2. User Responsibility / ユーザーの責任

Users are responsible for managing their API key and ensuring secure use of the Service.

ユーザーは、発行されたAPIキーの管理および本サービスの安全な利用に責任を負うものとします。

3. Billing and Usage / 課金および利用

The Service is billed through Stripe based on the selected plan (Basic or Business) and usage count.

本サービスの課金は、Stripeを通じて行われ、選択したプラン（ベーシックまたはビジネス）および利用件数に基づき請求されます。

4. Privacy and Data / プライバシーとデータ

NomeAI Memories stores only summarized data and does not retain any raw conversation logs or personal information.

NomeAI Memories は要約データのみを保存し、会話本文や個人情報を保持しません。

5. Changes to Terms / 規約の変更

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Any significant change will be notified on our website.
